A parking-lot and street confrontation between Sigfredo Garcia and Charlie Adelson took place at or near this North Bay Village / Treasure Island apartment on July 1, 2014. The residence belonged to Katherine Magbanua at the time and was identified in five proceedings across the Magbanua retrial and the Charlie Adelson trial, including during Magbanua's own direct examination and the direct and cross of witness Yindra Velazquez Mascaro. Christopher Corbitt's continued direct examination in the Magbanua retrial also placed the residence in evidence as a named event location.
