Located on West Tharpe Street in Tallahassee, Creative Preschool was identified as an event location in Christopher Corbitt's direct examination in both the Magbanua retrial and the Donna Adelson trial. It was also referenced in the cross-examination of Wendi Adelson during the Charlie Adelson trial and in Patrick Sanford's cross during the Magbanua retrial, giving it a consistent presence across all three proceedings.

The April 2016 meeting between Charlie Adelson and Katherine Magbanua at this South Florida pizza restaurant was covertly recorded during the FBI undercover operation and introduced as prosecution conspiracy evidence. The audio/video recording (Exhibit 116) was played for the jury during the Magbanua retrial; Magbanua testified on direct that Adelson never mentioned a murder at the meeting. An investigator also assessed the restaurant's acoustics post-event, describing the space as small and intimate, roughly comparable in size to the courtroom.

Save Gas, a small locally-owned rental company on Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami, was the source of Luis Rivera's rental contract. The Icon building in South Beach was Harvey and Donna Adelson's residential condominium and a recurring focus of the state's investigation. A law enforcement undercover bump operation was conducted at the address, and a bump letter was mailed there; FBI agents partially surveilled an April 25 poolside meeting among Harvey, Donna, and Charlie but were unable to get close enough to record the conversation. On April 20, 2016, Charlie Adelson and Donna Adelson met in person at the location. On April 25, 2016, Charlie Adelson and Katherine Magbanua met there in a session that surveillance did not capture because the parties had coordinated through WhatsApp, leaving the contents of that meeting unknown to investigators.

Cell-tower records placed Rivera's phone in the Normandy Isle area of Miami Beach — including near 79th and Byron Avenue — on the morning of July 19, 2014, the day Rivera testified he participated in the money drop. The neighborhood is also connected to a residence associated with a person referred to as "Shrimp." DeCoste used this signal on cross-examination to impeach Rivera's account of his whereabouts; Rivera offered a two-phone explanation to reconcile why that handset showed Normandy Isle rather than his claimed location.

Optima Realty, a strip mall real estate office in the Miami area, served as Katherine Magbanua's workplace and the location of an initial meeting identified in Patrick Sanford's direct examination at the Magbanua retrial. Coworker Yindra Velazquez Mascaro testified on cross that she and Magbanua shared the same office during the wire intercept period and that she never heard Magbanua discuss the murder or Dan Markel.

Rivera made a withdrawal at this Pembroke Pines ATM on July 18, 2014, as a documented stop on his route between Tallahassee and Miami.
