Tim Kelly

Tim Kelly was the realtor connected to Donna and Harvey Adelson's search for a home in the Tallahassee area. He was first identified through Wendi Adelson's testimony as an agent she introduced to her parents after her divorce. When called by the defense in the 2025 trial, Kelly testified that Dan Markel had contacted him in 2011 and that he showed the family several homes. He qualified his recollection of which relatives attended and whether one or both boys were present. On cross-examination, the State used email dates and his answers to establish that the search preceded the divorce and Halloween 2013; Kelly also said that briefly hearing the end of another witness's testimony did not affect his own.
