A marina-area restaurant and waterfront venue located behind Donna Adelson's South Miami building, cited in Patrick Sanford's direct testimony across all three trials. On April 20, 2016, Charlie Adelson and Donna Adelson met in person at the location. On April 25, 2016, Charlie Adelson and Katherine Magbanua met there in a session that surveillance did not capture because the parties had coordinated through WhatsApp, leaving the contents of that meeting unknown to investigators.
