He identified its standard wheels and black passenger-side mirror and described the company’s SunPass recordkeeping and GPS trackers, which automatically recorded vehicle locations about every 24 hours.
Schwartz identified Spireon GPS business records that the court admitted as State’s Exhibit 91. He also described the company’s limited cleaning and inspection of returned vehicles and said he did not notice damage when the Prius was returned on July 21.
On cross-examination, Schwartz said he did not see Sigfredo Garcia enter the rental business during the transaction and understood that Rivera went inside alone. He also identified the handwriting on the rental application and contract as his own.
