Len Harvey described Premier Health and Fitness Center's continuously recording indoor and outdoor camera system on Day 1, including its hard-drive storage and approximately 30-day retention period. He testified that the cameras were operating in July 2014 and authenticated the surveillance disk admitted as State's Exhibit 124.

Recalled on Day 3, Harvey identified State's Exhibit 177 as the complete original surveillance footage, including camera angles previously shown in clips. After clarification that it was the original source material, the defense withdrew its objection. The court admitted the exhibit, and the State played a portion without sound.

Defense questioning tested the extent of Harvey's review and the cameras' parking-lot coverage. He estimated that he had reviewed about 75 percent of the footage, described areas obscured by trees, and did not recall footage showing Garcia leaving the silver Prius to urinate in the lot. Answering juror questions, he also explained the facility layout, parking areas, and camera-view labels.
