MS. DUGAN: About how many years did you work there?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. And was the Adelson Institute sold about two years ago to another dental practice?

MS. DUGAN: And do you still work at that dental practice --

MS. DUGAN: -- that they were sold to?

MS. DUGAN: All right. where was the Adelson Institute located?

MS. DUGAN: Tamarac? About how far is that from Miami?

MS. DUGAN: And is the exact address 7737 University Drive in Tamarac?

MS. DUGAN: All right. The Adelson Institute's a dental -- was a dental office, right?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. The questions I'm going to ask you about the Adelson Institute are about the years from 2013 to 2016. Okay?

MS. DUGAN: what was your position at the Adelson Institute during that time?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. And did you ever work the front desk?

MS. DUGAN: And do you know Har -- Dr. Harvey Adelson?

MS. DUGAN: And did you know his wife, Donna Adelson?

MS. DUGAN: Did both of them work there during 2013 to 2016?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. And what was, what was Dr. Harvey Adelson's job at the Adelson Institute?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. And was there another dentist that worked there, as well?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. Charlie Adelson?

MS. DUGAN: All right. And what was Donna Adelson's role at the Adelson Institute?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. And how long have you known the Adelson's -- the Adelson family?

MS. DUGAN: So ever since you began working there?

MS. DUGAN: It was Adelson Institute even back then.

MS. DUGAN: And you've known their family for 40 years?

MS. DUGAN: All right. In addition to Harvey Adelson, Donna Adelson, and Charlie Adelson, back from 2013 to 2016, I want to ask you about the other people that worked there. what about Erika Johnson? Did she work there during those years?

MS. DUGAN: And what was her role there?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. And was there also a hygienist?

MS. DUGAN: And was her name Amy?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. And was that all of the office staff?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. So Donna Adelson, Harvey Adelson, Charlie Adelson, you, Erika Johnson, and Amy, the hygienist.

MS. DUGAN: Those were the employees of the Adelson Institute during those years?

MS. DUGAN: what were the Adelson Institute business hours during that time?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. was it --

MS. DUGAN: -- 9:00 to 5:00 only three days a week?

MS. DUGAN: was that Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday were the 9:00 to 5:00 hours?

MS. DUGAN: was Wednesday the late night hours?

MS. DUGAN: 11:00 to 7:00. Okay. I guess to try to accommodate the people that had a hard time coming during regular business hours?

MS. DUGAN: All right. And did the doctors routinely see the pa -- see patients on Fridays or on the weekends?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. So that wasn't a routine thing for them to do.

MS. DUGAN: And Adelson Institute did not have operating hours on Friday or the weekends, correct?

MS. DUGAN: Now, back during those years, if a patient called Adelson Institute on a Friday or on a weekend, would it be routed to voicemail?

MS. DUGAN: And when y'all came in on Monday morning, would somebody check that answering machine to return the calls of patients?

MS. DUGAN: who had access to employee records?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. So that's not something you would have access to?

MS. DUGAN: And when you say the Adelsons, you mean the Adelsons that work there?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. Thank you. Did you ha -- do you remember two law enforcement officers coming to Adelson Institute back on June ist of 2016, at about 11:00 a.m.?

MS. DUGAN: And did they ask you if you were familiar with an employee named Katherine Magbanua?

MS. DUGAN: who did you -- are you familiar with an employee named Kather -- I'm sorry. With a person named Katherine Magbanua?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. And how do you know Katherine Magbanua?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. From being a patient at the office or being an employee at the office?

MS. DUGAN: Patient. And about how many times did you see her there as a patient?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. Did you provide testimony in another proceeding for a codefendant's case back in May of 2022? Did you provide testimony in another proceeding in a codefendant's case back in May of 2022?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. And I'm going to show you your prior testimony. I'm looking at page 1226, lines 6 and 7.

MS. DUGAN: I know it's been quite a while. Looking at those lines, when you were asked how many times had she been a patient, did you say once?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. In your 40 years with the Adelson Institute, had you ever seen Katherine Magbanua at Adelson Institute as anything other than a patient?

MS. DUGAN: when investigators asked you about Katherine Magbanua that day, if you were familiar with her as being an employee there and you said no, who did you refer them to, which employee at Adelson --

MS. DUGAN: -- Institute? Erika? Okay. And Erika was kind of working front desk at that time?

MS. DUGAN: All right. And then from there on, Erika spoke to the investigators?

MS. DUGAN: How did you get paid by Adelson Institute?

MS. DUGAN: And about how often would you get checks from them?

MS. DUGAN: Had you ever been paid for weeks of work prior to completing your work there?

MS. DUGAN: when that would happen, would it be because the Adelson family was going out of town or going on a vacation --

MS. DUGAN: -- for a couple weeks at a time?

MS. DUGAN: About how often would that happen?

MS. DUGAN: Okay. So just once or twice a year. And when that would happen, how many paychecks would you get at one time?

MS. DUGAN: Two? All right. would you ever get four, five, six paychecks in a row?

MS. DUGAN: Have you ever been aware of any Adelson Institute employee in the history of your employment there that has worked exclusively by phone or remotely?

MS. DUGAN: Did the Adelson Institute have a cleaning service at that time?

MS. DUGAN: And was it a husband-and-wife team?

MS. DUGAN: And have you seen those people before?

MS. DUGAN: Okay.
