SHERRY BENNETT: I'm an investigator with the Tallahassee Police Department.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: How long have you been with TPD?
SHERRY BENNETT: 11 years.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: Did you have any role in reference to the wiretap that was conducted in reference to the case that we're here about?
SHERRY BENNETT: Yes, I did.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: What was your role in reference to the wiretap?
SHERRY BENNETT: I was to secure all documents and evidence in the case.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: All right. So we heard about the process that's used for collecting the data from a wiretap. The data is mainly phone calls, correct?
SHERRY BENNETT: That's correct.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: And once the data is collected, how is it stored? Is it on a disk, a thumb drive, a hard drive?
SHERRY BENNETT: It was provided to me on a disk.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: All right. And were you the person that was designated to be the custodian, or like the guardian, of that data?
SHERRY BENNETT: Yes, I was.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: All right. Where were the disks kept?
SHERRY BENNETT: I have a filing cabinet in my office.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: All right. Is the filing cabinet locked?
SHERRY BENNETT: Yes, it is.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: And your office is at the Tallahassee Police Department?
SHERRY BENNETT: Yes, it is.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: Who else had access to the filing cabinet?
SHERRY BENNETT: No one.

SHERRY BENNETT: Yes, I have.
MS. CAPPLEMAN: Does State's 138 contain fair and accurate, complete copies of calls that were made and stored by you as the custodian of these wiretap recordings?
SHERRY BENNETT: Yes, it was.
