Christopher DeCoste served as defense co-counsel for Katherine Magbanua in the Garcia–Magbanua 2019 Joint Trial and magbanua-retrial-2022. He conducted cross-examinations aimed at testing witness accounts, investigative documentation, technical evidence, and the inferences drawn from financial, employment, wiretap, and phone-record evidence.
